Phil Allen

Phil Allen is a Chartered (MCIWEM C.WEM) infrastructure engineer with 18 years’ experience.

During that time, he has developed expertise in flood risk, drainage and SuDS, and has successfully delivered projects as both project manager and as technical lead in residential, commercial, educational and mixed-use developments.

Phil has earned an industry-leading reputation for gaining planning permissions for clients even in the most demanding of sites.
