Our client has been granted planning approval for a curved crescent of seven stunning four-bedroom townhouses and associated basement car parking in the heart of leafy Beckenham.
TPI (now part of Motion) prepared of a Transport Statement to support the scheme from a highways and transport perspective. This included vehicle swept path analysis of the basement car park/garage layout to ensure that a large family car could manoeuvre along the access ramp and return to the highway in a forward gear.
