A Marks & Spencer food store, an Aldi supermarket and a care home are open for business on a former caravan park in Walton-on-the-Naze, Essex. The first residents have moved in to a 216-home Taylor Wimpey development on the site.

The developer of a small residential scheme in Ash, Surrey, realised that there was no obvious means to drain surface water from the site. Motion was contracted to investigate the options and, subsequently, carry out the detailed design of the system.
