Plans have been approved to build an 81-apartment development on former industrial land in Watford.  The Whippendell Marine site will be sensitively transformed to blend with the local environment, by brownfield land developers, Oakford Homes.  Motion demonstrated that the residential development would not cause severe impact on the local transport network.

Phase 3 of the Brentford Lock West regeneration project has been approved, including proposals for 452 new homes, commercial and retail spaces, and new community facilities.  The scheme is part of a long-term plan to rejuvenate the west London location.  Transport and travel planning advice was provided by Motion for the award-winning development.

The developer of a small residential scheme in Ash, Surrey, realised that there was no obvious means to drain surface water from the site. Motion was contracted to investigate the options and, subsequently, carry out the detailed design of the system.

After more than a decade of planning, a 45-apartment residential development in Haslemere has finally received a resolution to grant planning permission. Motion provided transport and travel planning advice, and conducted a services appraisal and sustainable drainage (SuDS) assessment for the Brettenwood Investment Holdings scheme.
