Future Generation has gained planning permission for a new £80 million student accommodation scheme in Hackney Wick, in the east London borough of Tower Hamlets. An ambitious project is providing new and updated facilities for the City of London Freemen’s School in Ashtead Park, Surrey. Transport and travel planning support was delivered by Motion, as part of improvements to the quality and efficiency of the school’s listed campus.
A mixed-use student accommodation development spearheaded by Future Generation has been approved. The scheme will provide more than 1,200 bedrooms to the immediate north of Leeds city centre. It will also deliver over 8,000 square feet of retail, commercial and leisure space.
A second entrance to a preparatory school and nursery in Guildford has been successfully completed, enabling a one-way system to be employed to regulate traffic at peak times. Motion designed the new access, linking the existing car park to the adjacent street.
