Andrew Whittingham

Andrew is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in transport and highway infrastructure planning.  He advises clients on all forms of development from small residential infill schemes to large regeneration schemes.  This ranges from early highway access appraisals to the preparation of Transport Statements and Assessments through to Construction Transport Management Plans and Section 38 / 278 agreements following planning permission.

Andrew takes a keen interest in the impact of electric and autonomous vehicles and the transformative effect they could have on the development industry.
